Meta AI is a multi-modal generative AI like other chatbots like ChatGPT , Microsoft Copilot , or Google Gemini .
However, what makes Meta AI stand out is its integration with real-time data from search engines Google and Bing, which means users won’t have to leave Facebook or Instagram to chat with Gemini or ChatGPT.
Meta AI’s underlying model is their own open-source Llama 3. This advanced AI model allows Meta AI to engage in human-like conversations, understand complex queries, and generate accurate, relevant responses.

Method 1: Use VPN to access Meta AI

Create images with Meta AI
In addition to the Chat section, you can select Imagine to create an image.
The way to prompt to create an image is quite simple like Dall E or Bing, you just need to enter the description of the image you want and press Enter then wait a bit for the image to appear.
After creating the image, you will have 3 options with that image including:
- Regenerate button : recreate that image again
- Edit button: used to adjust your prompt or add other elements
- Animate button: used to make the image a little animated to look pretty cool 😂
For each photo or animation, you can click the download button to your device: photos in jpeg format and animations in mp4 format, not gif. Here is the result:

Method 2 3 4: Use Meta AI by chatting with Llama 3
To handle the case of “Cannot use Meta AI in your country”, there is a simpler way, without installing any VPN App, but it will be a little different from chatting on meta.ai.
